For example, explaining what a new HRV system, why it was required, and what homes would have this new system. Even more so, the attention to detail of the finishes within each house we visited, explaining pros vs cons, some house features we should completely avoid, etc. Furthermore, I appreciate that Jed uses modern technology such as docusign for signing and initialing legal documents.   • The experience we had while working with Jed to purchase our first home was an absolute pleasure. Unlike some agents who go to showings and pressure you to make an offer, or even make a poor attempt to get to know you at surface level, Jed is the type of individual who will take the time to get to know you on a deeper personal level, and goes to showings as if he was purchasing the home himself. We had gone to 68 showings with Jed which must be a record and Jed brought a high attention to detail, positive attitude, and an honest opinion to each showing. Jed wanted to ensure we didn’t purchase a home that we would regret in the future. Many bidding wars were lost due to state of the market at the time, but Jed always remained positive and kept our heads held high, letting us know our time will come soon.   • If you are looking for a realtor, I would totally recommend Jed. He is an awesome realtor to work with. As a first time home buyer ,he explained the process step by step and answered - or found answers for you - to any questions that you may have. He was very patient and understanding of our situation. He not only had to work with one person but three of us. My aunt actually referred Jed and the first time meeting him, my brothers and I knew that we wanted to work with him. It was nice when walking through potential houses that he would look for stuff that we had no idea to look for and give us his honest opinion regarding the houses we viewed.
